2026 MEETING SCHEDULE

2/23/26 – Managers’ Organizational Meeting – Collect sponsor fees and registration forms, distribute 2025 league trophies

4/6/26 – Manager Meeting – Distribute practice schedules

4/27/26 – Manager Meeting – Collect completed rosters and player fees ($1200 per team), distribute league schedules, balls and beverage permits ($30).

6/30/26 – Classification Meeting ***THIS MEETING IS ON A TUESDAY***IN THE BACK BAR***

ALL MEETINGS WILL BE HELD AT 6:30 PM, AT THE AMVETS CLUB, 2402 RAILROAD AVE.
