Outfield fences - Cottonwood

Last night we had our first night of practice, and we were assigned to Cottonwood Field 2. I couldn't believe how bad the fence is on that field. I didn't have a chance to see any other fields, but Fields 2 and 3 at Cottonwood have always been bad. But this year appears to be even worse. In right field on Field 2, the fence has heaved out of the ground by at least 1 foot leaving a large gap under the fence. Several of the poles have heaved bad enough that the concrete that is supposed to be supporting the poles is now above ground and exposed. Personally I think it's almost dangerous to have the fence in that condition. Something needs to be done to fix these fences.
