What’s the skinny on The McQuade this year?

Team USA is bringing a split squad. Are they just playing the ND Military team? Will there be other exhibitions with Team USA?

Last I heard there is an upper division with 5 or 6 A teams and a couple of B teams. How many teams are in the upper? Who are they? Is it Pool Play followed by a double elim.?

When are the draws being done for the other divisions? Will brackets be out by June 8th? Is the D/Rec1 combined this year?

Are the bombers cutting down trees behind the scoreboard on Diamond 5 Friday night? Which bombers are coming? What’s the format of the HR derby?

I heard coolers are not allowed this year. Will there be Bud Light Lime kiosks throughout the complex for those who need a fix?

2. False. Team USA and the USA Futures teams will be here. The Military guys will try to last more than 4 innings prior to those two teams battling.
3. Yes. all info top secret at this time.
4. Draws are currently taking place, books and brackets published late next week. The D is seperate from Rec. 1.
5. No bombers, its all about team USA. The HR Derby is always the same, go give Tiger your money and let him count for you.
6. No coolers will translate to 45% reduction in gate attendance and collections. Say it aint so....

Actually, it is The Sam McQuade Sr./Budweiser Charity Softball Tournament. There is only one, so the McQuade would be correct, or McQuade's would also be correct.

I am not an english professor, but my sister is married to a former english teacher, so technically that would make me an expert!!

Isn't it required to have a valid e-mail address to verify your account before signing in for the first time? How did leadgloveaward get in?
